The village of Saint-Léger-Vauban traces its roots back to the early 1600s, while the documented history of Triple PPP Ranch/Farm dates to 1883. Our property holds a uniquely special place within the community, situated at the very center of town, directly across from the statue of Sébastien Le Prestre de Vauban. Born here on May 15, 1633, Vauban served under Louis XIV and became one of the most influential military engineers in European history, with innovations that shaped warfare well into the 20th century.
At Triple PPP Ranch/Farm, we are cultivating more than land — we are creating an authentic, living sanctuary. It is a return to a time when life felt simpler, more intentional, and deeply connected to nature and purpose. This is a place to step away from the noise, pace, and distractions of modern life and rediscover what truly matters.
Our vision is to thoughtfully develop a first-class bed and breakfast experience, complemented by immersive, hands-on activities — everything from exploring winemaking traditions and learning the art of beekeeping, to riding quad runners through the Morvan countryside and stargazing under Burgundy's breathtaking night skies, to engaging in daily farm life, interacting with animals and local wildlife, and experiencing the rich historical fabric of the region.

A 19th century Morvan longère at the heart of Saint-Léger-Vauban, documented to 1883. Purchased in 2025 — facing the statue of Vauban, a UNESCO World Heritage figure born steps away.
Structural surveys, environmental assessments, and preservation planning underway. Every stone, timber, and beam evaluated with respect for the original character of the place.
Boutique gîte stays, a barn event venue, agrotourism experiences, and stargazing under Burgundy's certified dark skies — opening to guests in phases.
