The village of Saint-Léger-Vauban traces its roots back to the early 1600s, while the documented history of Triple PPP Ranch dates to 1883. Our property holds a uniquely special place within the community, situated at the very center of town, directly across from the statue of Sébastien Le Prestre de Vauban — born here on May 15, 1633, he served under Louis XIV and became one of the most influential military engineers in European history.
At Triple PPP Ranch, we are cultivating more than land — we are creating an authentic, living sanctuary. It is a return to a time when life felt simpler, more intentional, and deeply connected to nature and purpose.
Our vision: a first-class gîte experience, immersive agrotourism activities, a barn event venue for weddings and retreats, and stargazing under Burgundy's breathtaking dark skies.
